• Do not offer my graphics or tubes  for download in their original form whether that be tubes, png, clip art and backgrounds.
• Please provide credit and links back to my site in exchange for usage of any link ware
• Link and credit  may be done simply on a resource or links page
• NONE of my graphics are permitted to be used on sites that promote child abuse, hatred, ethnic discrimination and pornography
• If you need to make minor changes to accommodate your design, go ahead
• Link ware tubes and graphics are for personal use only 
• Member tubes and graphics are permitted to be used for any pay ware and commercial creations such as candy wrappers, stationary, cards, web sets, signatures, cafe' press and more. Members do not have to link back but credit placed on a resource or links page would be greatly appreciated.
