FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• What version of Paint Shop are the tubes created in?
  The majority are created in Version 7 but a few are in Version 6

• Many of the newer graphics are available in png and psp format.

• In what manner may I use your member tubes?
  You may use the member tubes for your Pay Ware needs such as web sets, signatures, greeting cards, calling cards and banners. The cost of the membership simply allows you to create items that you may sell.

• May I use your tubes in my email listings or tube groups?
  You may use the tubes in decorating your email but do pass the tubes through email or tube groups.
  You may not offer the tubes for download.

• May I alter your tubes.
  You may alter the tubes. . Examples of acceptable altering are : cut the leaves from a flower to use as spacers, cut a flower from a bunch to make spacers or decorate buttons, of course add text to buttons and  re-colour them but do not offer them as brushes.

• May I lend my password to someone ?  
  Your password must be used by only you. Any offenders will have their membership privileges cancelled.

• May I burn a copy of your tubes or a copy of the CD I received?
  You may burn a backup copy of the CD that is sent to you if you wish. 

• Do I have to provide credit and a link back to your site?  
  Providing a  link and credit are very much appreciated but not a condition of usage for Members only.
  Link ware items do require a link and credit back.
  Credit and link back needs only to be placed on your page of links for resources that you have used,
  not on each page. This is greatly appreciated but not required.

• How to I join/pay for a membership  
  PayPal is the preferred  form of payment, however if that is not the means for which you wish to pay, then please contact me at jastein@gto.net and I can make other arrangements. 
  All payments are in US funds. Canadian orders not wishing to pay through PayPal can contact me also at jastein@gto.net
